With regards to HIPAA compliance and how we process PHI data, we have completed SOC 2 Type 2 which includes ensuring proper management of personal information (including PHI).

Documents CANNOT be un-redacted when processed with Secure Redact.
The process of document redaction replaces the underlying data from the document. The information in the redacted regions is no longer there. The original data cannot be retrieved from the redacted file version.
